How does Linux reseller hosting works?
Once you have signed up you will gain access to our reseller control panel (WHM). This Linux reseller control panel will allow you to provision and manage your customer domains. Each customer domain you create within WHM you will get another control panel (cPanel) which provides functionality to manage their websites. Your customers will not have access to WHM.
We provide you with a personal level of support so you can continue to grow your business as a reseller. Our experienced Linux cPanel engineers will help you resolve any server related issues so you don’t have to!
However, we DO NOT provide 1st line support to your end users. They will have to contact you for support and you only escalate any problems to us if you found information that it’s server related. Our email support is available 9am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday GMT UK Time. For any critical issues such as website being offline you can get 24/7 phone support.

cPanel Shared SSL Certificates
By default we have secured our login pages and control panel with SSL certificate. So you can use that certificate by pointing your scripts to use the following URL format: https://servername.com/~username You will be able to get the ~username from list of accounts under WHM or when you login to cPanel for that domain.
Dedicated SSL Certificates
If you require dedicated SSL certificates for our cPanel server then you will need to pay additional charge for extra IP. We can supply you with an SSL certificate or you can supply your own certificate bundle for us to install for you.

We offer FREE migration support to our new reseller customers. We will asses your current hosting account and advise you of the time required to complete the migration. You will be given a walk-through of our migration process so you can communicate it back to your customers.
Most migrations can be done with absolute minimal downtime as low as 5 minutes.

All our cPanel servers are backed up twice daily and kept for a retention period of 14 days. We use combination of tools to backup our Linux servers. 
- Daily upload to an off-site FTP server (VPN Tunneled Transfer)
- Image backup of entire server so it can be used for bare-metal restore.
The backup includes all cPanel accounts, Website files, Emails, MySQL Databases, Logs and all account related configurations.
